4.4.5 A principal section or panel of the housing, where proviced, if wholly or partially located less than 48 inches (1.22 m) above the plane of the lower edge of the base,shall not be made of glass or plastic material other than that conforming to Clause 5.6.

4.4.6 The housing shall afford space for making field connections of liquid-handling piping and electrical equipment. Openings with acceptable closures shall be provided for making field connections and for inspection and adjustment of the operating mechanism after the device is installed, unless sections of the housing are constructed to be removed readiy for this purpose.
4.4.7 The housing assembly shall incorporate vent openings totalling not less than 1.25 square inches (800 mm2) in area and so iocated as to permit the liberation of flammable vapours.' These openings shall be of such size and arrangement as to avoid clogging.
4.12 Hose and Couplings
4.12.1 If a hose is supplied with the device, it shallbe of a type having non-ferrous couplings attached. The coup-lings shall be attached by the hose manufacturer, or by the dispensing device manufacturer if facilities are provided in his factory for attaching the couplings and testing the assembled hose.
4.12.2 If the hose is located inside the housing, the assembly shall be such that lamps and lampholders will nct be sprayed with liquid in case of hose leakage. In a weighted-loop application, provision shall be made to prevent the weight from pulling on the hose coupling.
4.12.3 A dispensing device employing a hose reel or weighted loop inside the housing shall be designed to acceptably store and handle at least two different brands of hose.
5.5 Flame Test for Plastic Materials. A plastic panel used as part of the housing shall not support combustion for more than 30 s after any of the first 4 applications of the flame nor for more than 60 s after the fifth application of the flame when tested in accordance with Clause 8.8.
5.6 Impact Test for Plastic Materials. A plastic panel used as part of the housing shall remain intact when tested in accordance with Clause 8.9.
5.7 Pipe Connection Torque Test.
